Ordering
Each harp is individually hand-made to order by myself, so only a small number of instruments are made each year. When you place your order, I will give you an estimated time of delivery. Once I start your harp, I will take digital photos and upload them to my Google Picasa web albums site, and send an e-mail inviting you to view the progress of your harp from start to finish. You may download these pictures for your own use, and I will keep them posted till your receive your harp.
If you wish to place an order, please call or send me an e-mail about yourself and what you want in a harp. I will e-mail you back a Harp Order Form in PDF format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader-free download from http://www.Adobe.com ). I will accept a scanned and e-mailed back completed Harp Order Form in lieu of regular snail mail, or you can fax it to me at my fax # listed below. A deposit of $1,500 is necessary to confirm your order and placement on the wait list. In the event of cancellation after the deposit is made, the materials purchased and the harp started, return of the deposit will be made only after the completed harp has been sold to another buyer.
As for the price of the harp, it will be the Canadian Dollar price listed on this website at the time you sent in your original letter and deposit. There won't be any price changes once the deposit is received unless there are changes to the work order itself. The balance is due upon completion, and before shipment. I will notify you when the strings go on so you'll have plenty of time to arrange your payment. The harp is normally ready for shipment two weeks after the strings go on. Once the harp is underway to you, a tracking number will be supplied, and you may follow the progress of the harp to your area.
Payments
The list prices on this website are in Canadian Dollars, my home currency. For overseas customers, my preferred method of payment is a bank wire transfer, which is easy, quick and cost effective. I will e-mail you a Bank Wire Information Sheet which you can then print out and take to your bank to do the transaction. You may also pay by international bank draft made out to “Larry Fisher”. Please note that international bank drafts or cheques must have the bank number codes printed across the bottom, or regretfully I cannot accept it as payment.

If you wish to quickly, conveniently and securely pay with your major credit card
or bank card, you can accomplish this
with PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account and there is no cost to
you. Just ask me and I will e-mail you a 'Request for Money' from my PayPal
account. You would then be directed to a secure page for your card numbers, etc.
Please note that some of my European customers have had trouble setting up their
PayPal accounts, or making payments to me that way.
Alternately, you may send a payment to me from your PayPal account to my PayPal account, which is my e-mail address: larry@fisherharps.com The PayPal address where you can set up an account is: https://www.paypal.com/ I need to be paid in Canadian Dollars, and PayPal will accept payments originating in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, British Pounds, Euros and Yen, and does the currency conversion for you as necessary.
