   This harp has features like those found on some Scottish harps. It has a 'flat back' (sides slanted in) for better over all tone and volume, and is wider in the upper reaches of the sound box for enhanced tone in that area. The outer string rib is offset to the right to make it more comfortable to play the strings in the treble.

  

  • 34 strings:  C2-A6 (2 octaves below middle C up to 2 octaves plus 4 notes above middle C)

  • Savarez Alliance (carbon) strings & 7 bass wires

  • Bow Brand Lever Gut (non-pedal, folk gauge) also available.
